So I broke my ankle a month or so ago and haven't really been on the net so much and I am in and out of the doctors a lot and starting physical therapy. This has been the worst thing for me; I have never broken my ankle before and slipped on some ice in front of my job and rolled it.
So any who I am not tyring to make this long but I wanted to let everyone know what was going on. Hopefully I will have more recipes I will be putting up; since I love baking and I know this hasn't been updated since 2012 which it should have been because I posted stuff through my phone but apparently it didn't actually post, which makes me sad.
Any who Will be updating here shortly with new recipes. Possible even Macaroons which is a popular sweet right now.

BLUEBERRY MUFFINS!!
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until done.
Then mix in vegetable oil into a 1 cup measuring cup; add the egg and enough milk to fill the 1 cup.
Then Mix this with flour mixture
Add 1 cup or as many as you would like to the mix.
Crumb Topping
Mix together 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 cup butter, and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon and Mix with a fork.
Line your muffin pan and put your blueberry muffin mix into your cups.
Then sprinkle your crumb mix on top of each muffin.

I just moved to a different state :O
So I just moved to a different state for my fiancées job and I don't know the area and I don't know if I will find a job but it is a fun adventure and I am hoping to find a great bakery to work in. I will try and keep my cosmetology license to have something to fall back on but I really just want to do my number one most loved thing since I was little. All I can do is hope and dream and try and maybe someone will answer my call and let me into there bakery and share there love for baking and decorating. I don't really care if it's cupcakes cakes or cookies because I love all deserts and I learn fast and and really well and it's something I know I can do and will love forever!!
Well that's my babble I had to let it out somewhere and this is where I am most comfortable xD
